What is the “Exchange” feature?


The Exchange feature allows you to collect the contact details of prospects you meet.


By clicking the “Exchange” button, the prospect can fill in the form and click “Send.”


You will then receive an email notifying you that a prospect has contacted you. You will also find this prospect in the “Prospects” tab of your Dashboard.

Free Version


  • Contact exchange is available in the basic version.
  • No limit on the number of prospects.
  • An email is sent to the profile holder informing them that a prospect has made contact (without revealing the prospect’s identity in the email).
  • The holder can view their prospects in the “Prospects” tab of the Dashboard (dashboard.vkard.io).

How to Enable Exchanges


If you do not see the “Exchange” button on VKARD profiles, it means that the profile holders have not been assigned.


  • Go to the “Prospects” tab in the left-hand menu.
  • Click on “Manage.”
  • Assign holders directly from the profile list.

If you do not see the desired member in the list, it means they have not yet been invited.

Enable Automatic Opening of the Exchange Form When a Profile Is Opened


It is possible to activate the automatic opening of the exchange form as soon as a visitor views your profile.


Steps:


  1. Go to Lead Capture from the left-hand menu.
  2. Locate the option:

“Automatically display the exchange form when the profile is opened.”

  1. Toggle the switch on (it should appear blue).

✅ The form will automatically open when a visitor accesses your profile, helping increase conversions and capture more contacts.

Quickly Enable Exchanges for All Profiles at Once


Automatic invitation of profile holders is done via a robot that detects email addresses on each profile. It suggests inviting them as organization members and automatically linking them as profile holders.

As an Administrator, Can I See Everyone’s Prospects?


Yes. Administrators can choose whether or not to view the prospects of all organization members. This option is reserved for organization administrators only.
