Invite all holders at once and automatically

To activate the contact exchanges on profiles, it is necessary to assign users as holders of their profiles.

Here is a guide that will explain how to enable contact exchanges for multiple or all profiles at once.

Step 1: Check the emails entered on the profiles

The automatic invitation of holders is done via a bot that will detect the emails on each profile and suggest inviting them as organization members and link them as "holders" of their profiles automatically.

It is therefore necessary to carefully verify the emails entered on the profiles before proceeding to the next step.

Note that if multiple emails are present on the profile, the first one will be suggested for the invitation.

Step 2: Choose the security level for future members’ logins

Security is paramount at VKARD. You can choose to enforce two-factor authentication by email at each login of one of your members to the dashboard and set the minimum password length.

Step 3: Go to the members management page

Log in at dashboard.vkard.io (as an administrator)
Click on your profile at the bottom left, then on "Organization Settings".

Finally, click now on "Members"

Step 4: Launch the invitations

Click on "Invite Members" at the top right

Option 1: Invite everyone at once

Click on "Invite all"

Option 2: Invite some members only

Click on "Check/Edit the list"
Then click on "Add all"
Then click on "Remove this member" to remove members you do not want to invite
Finally, click on "Invite" at the bottom right

Each member will receive an email informing them that they are invited to join your organization on VKARD. They will need to click the link provided in the email to set a password and will then be able to log in to the Dashboard. If the invitation is not accepted, three automatic reminders will be sent on day 3, day 7, and day 20.
