How to update my VKARD ?

🎛️ Access to the Admin Dashboard


All modifications are made via the VKARD Dashboard, a simple and secure interface provided to you after your card has been created by our team.

✏️ What can you modify from the Dashboard?


From your personal space, you can:


  • Update your contact details (email, phone, company, etc.)
  • Change your photo or logo
  • Add links (LinkedIn, Calendly, website, etc.)
  • Enable/disable modules as needed


All changes are immediately visible via your NFC card and its digital link.



🔐 Forgot your password: what to do?


If you forgot your password, here is how to reset it:


  1. Go to https://dashboard.vkard.io
  2. Click on "Forgot password"
  3. Enter the email address you used to order your VKARD (usually the administrator’s email)


⚠️ Important: If you do not receive a reset link, it probably means the email entered is incorrect. For security reasons, our system never confirms whether an email address is valid or not.
