How to transfer my Dashboard account to another email address?
Want to change the email address you use to log into your VKARD Dashboard?
Follow these steps to transfer your account to a new email address.
📌 Steps to Transfer Your Account
- Log in to the Dashboard
Go to dashboard.vkard.io and sign in with your current email address.
- Access Transfer Settings
In the left-hand menu at the bottom, click the round icon with your name or email.
Select "My Account", then go to the **Security** tab.
- Initiate the Transfer
Scroll down to the "Transfer my account" section.
Enter the new email address that will take over the account.
Click "Transfer".
- Validate the Request
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your current email address for security purposes.
Enter this code in the Dashboard to confirm the transfer.
- New Owner: Account Creation or Login
The new email address will receive an invitation email.
The recipient can either create an account or log in using an existing account.
Here’s what your recipient will see:

- Complete the Transfer
Once the new account is confirmed, the old account is deleted and all data is transferred to the new user.

Can I cancel a transfer once it’s started?
No. Once the process is initiated and confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
