How to invite members to join the organization?
See your Dashboard as an "Organization".
This organization contains:
- Companies and profiles
- Members who can be administrators
- Members who can have rights on certain profiles, companies
- Members who can simply be holders of their profiles to recover their leads and install the widget without having modification rights.
To invite people to join your organization and assign them the different rights mentioned above or to see the current members of your organization, proceed as follows:
- Log in at dashboard.vkard.io (you must be an administrator)
- Click on your profile at the bottom left, then on "Organization Settings".
- Finally, click now on "Members"
Tip: First choose the security level for future members' logins
Security is paramount at VKARD. You can choose to enforce two-factor authentication by email at each login of one of your members to the Dashboard and choose the minimum password length.
How to invite a member to join the organization?
- Click on "Invite Members" at the top right
- Enter the email manually, as well as the full name
- Click on "Invite"!
Option 1: Assign this member as the holder of their profile
To activate the contact exchange feature on a profile, it is necessary to manually assign the invited user as the holder of their profile.
Would you like to invite all members and assign them as holders automatically and all at once?
Option 2: Make this user an administrator of the organization
Would you like to give full rights to manage the Dashboard?
Option 3: Grant access rights to certain companies or profiles without giving admin rights
With VKARD and the Pro plan, you can manage rights. Without making a member an administrator, you can grant them read and/or edit rights on certain profiles and/or companies.
