How to download the QR code of your profile ?

Do you want to save the QR Code of your VKARD profile to use it on other media?

Follow this step-by-step guide to do it easily from the application.



🧭 1. Access the list of profiles


To get started, go to the area where all profiles in your organization are grouped:


  • Go to the “Profiles” tab in the menu.
  • Search for the profile for which you want to retrieve the QR Code (e.g. Anne Dupont).
  • On the right side of the corresponding row, click on the đź–‰ icon.


This icon allows you to access the full profile editing area.




🔳 2. Access the “QR Code” section


Within the profile page:


  1. Check the left-hand side menu.
  2. Click on QR Code.



⬇️ 4. Download the QR Code


To retrieve the file:


  • Below the QR Code image, click on Download QR Code.
  • The QR Code is automatically downloaded in SVG format.

  • The QR Code is downloaded in vector format, ideal for printing or professional use.
  • You can reuse it in email signatures, business cards, or share it on your networks.



đź“Ą Quickly download your profile QR Codes using Spreadsheet Mode


With Spreadsheet Mode, included in the Pro plan, you can save valuable time by easily downloading the QR Codes of all your profiles from a centralized interface.


1. Open Spreadsheet Mode


  • Go to the “Profiles” tab in the menu.
  • At the top right of the screen, click on the “Spreadsheet” button.
  • This mode allows you to view and manage your data in a table format, similar to Excel or Google Sheets.


2. Display the Profile QR Code column


  • Once in spreadsheet mode, click on the “Columns” button to customize which columns are displayed.
  • Check the box “Profile QR Code” to display the corresponding column.
  • The column will then show a button allowing direct download of QR Codes for each profile.
