Set Up an n8n Automation with VKARD

Connect VKARD to n8n and create powerful automations: follow-up emails, CRM synchronization, personalized notifications… everything is possible.


Automate your prospecting in style


Here’s how to activate and connect n8n to VKARD in a few simple steps.


Step 1 – Access your organization settings


  1. Log in at https://dashboard.vkard.io

or via your company’s dedicated SSO URL.


  1. At the bottom left, click on your account (icon or email address) to open the menu.


  1. Click on Organization settings.

Step 2 – Activate the n8n integration


  1. In your organization settings, click Integrations in the left sidebar.


  1. Select n8n from the list of available integrations.

  1. Give your integration a name (e.g., "My n8n integration") and click Save.


Step 3


  1. Then click the Configure button to reveal the required fields.


Step 3 – Connect VKARD in n8n


  1. In your n8n interface, add a new "VKARD Trigger", then go to the Credentials tab.


  1. Click the + button to create new credentials.


  1. Fill in the following fields:
  • Integration ID → copied from your VKARD dashboard
  • Token → also copied from your VKARD dashboard


  1. Save, then click Test Connection to validate the setup.


Step 4


And now?


The connection is active!

You can now use the New VKARD lead captured trigger to automatically start workflows in n8n whenever a contact shares their information via your VKARD profile.
