Permanently delete a VKARD profile and its data

In some situations, you may want to permanently delete your VKARD, for example, in case of loss.

⚠️ Important note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your VKARD will be reset, and the support team will not be able to restore it.

You will need to scan its QR Code again and reconfigure it from scratch.

🔧 How to Delete a VKARD Profile from the Dashboard

Step 1 – Access your profiles

From the left-hand menu of the Dashboard, click on the Profiles tab.

You will see the list of profiles currently linked to your company.

Step 2 – Open profile settings

Identify the profile you wish to delete.

Click on the pencil icon to the right of the profile name to open its edit page.

Step 3 – Delete the profile

In the right-hand menu, click on the Operations tab (blue gear icon).

A red button labeled Delete this profile will appear.

Click it to proceed with the permanent deletion of the profile and all VKARDs linked to it.

Good to know

This action permanently erases all profile information.
