# How to place or reorder VKARD products ?

**Do you want to place a first order or reorder an identical previous one?**  
Here’s how to proceed depending on the product type.

## 1. Ordering through the website
All orders must be placed directly via our website.

Add the products you want to your cart, then confirm your order.

## 2. After placing your order

### Non-customized products (**Nano / Light / Stars**):
* Configuration is done upon **receiving the product**.  
* Simply scan the **QR code** on the VKARD to activate it and link it to your Dashboard account, or create a new account to link it to a different Dashboard.  
* You will automatically receive an email with your tracking number once the order has been processed.

### Customized products (**VKARD Custom in PVC / Bamboo / Metal**):
* After confirming your order, you will receive an email at the address you used when ordering. Click on **"Configure now"**.  
* You can then either create a new account or log in to your existing account to link the new profiles to your current Dashboard.  
* At this step, you will need to send us your customization details: **logo and name/first name** to be printed.  
* If you want to reuse the same design from a previous order, simply indicate:  
  *"Reuse the design from order number XXXX"* (replacing XXXX with your previous order number).

||| ⚠️ Attention: your website login/password may be different from those used to access the Dashboard. The two platforms are separate. If you can’t find your credentials, just use the **Forgot password** option.

## 3. Summary
* Go to the website to place an order.  
* Use your website credentials (which may differ from your Dashboard ones).  
* **Custom products** → instructions are sent by email, then create a new account or log in to your existing Dashboard.  
* **Nano / Light / Stars** products → configure via QR code upon reception. After scanning, create a new account or log in to your existing Dashboard.
