How to place or reorder VKARD products ?

Do you want to place a first order or reorder an identical previous one?

Here’s how to proceed depending on the product type.

1. Ordering through the website

All orders must be placed directly via our website.

👉 The Dashboard is only used to manage your VKARD profile fleet. Please go to https://vkard.io

Add the products you want to your cart, then confirm your order.

2. After placing your order

Non-customized products (Nano / Light / Stars):

Configuration is done upon receiving the product.
Simply scan the QR code on the VKARD to activate it and link it to your Dashboard account, or create a new account to link it to a different Dashboard.
You will automatically receive an email with your tracking number once the order has been processed.

Customized products (VKARD Custom in PVC / Bamboo / Metal):

After confirming your order, you will receive an email at the address you used when ordering. Click on "Configure now".
You can then either create a new account or log in to your existing account to link the new profiles to your current Dashboard.
At this step, you will need to send us your customization details: logo and name/first name to be printed.
If you want to reuse the same design from a previous order, simply indicate:

"Reuse the design from order number XXXX" (replacing XXXX with your previous order number).

⚠️ Attention: your website login/password may be different from those used to access the Dashboard. The two platforms are separate. If you can’t find your credentials, just use the Forgot password option.

3. Summary

Go to the website to place an order.
Use your website credentials (which may differ from your Dashboard ones).
Custom products → instructions are sent by email, then create a new account or log in to your existing Dashboard.
Nano / Light / Stars products → configure via QR code upon reception. After scanning, create a new account or log in to your existing Dashboard.
