# How to order my VKARD: new profile or existing profile ?

Ordering a VKARD is simple and fast. This guide walks you through each step, whether you are ordering for a **new team member** or **requesting an additional card for an existing profile**.

## Step 1: Access the order website

Go to the official website:  
👉 https://vkard.io

| [Explore our various card ranges (Classic, Stars, Eco, etc.) and select the one that fits your needs.  
Click on **"Order"** then follow the standard purchase process (add to cart, enter billing details, and proceed to payment).

## Step 2: Complete the received form

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a **form to fill out**. This form allows you to:

* Create a new profile linked to the card,  
* Or link the card to an existing profile.

In this form, you will need to provide all necessary information for card printing (first name, last name, job title, company, email, etc.).

## Step 3: Choose the profile to associate

### Case 1 – You are creating a **new profile**

Fill in all the requested information on the form, which will be used to create the VKARD profile linked to the card.

||| Tip: The more precise you are (job title, phone number, LinkedIn link...), the more effective the profile will be.

### Case 2 – You want to **order a card for an existing profile**

In the form, use this field to **select the existing profile**.

||| Remember to mention: The **email address** linked to the existing profile or the **previous order number**.

## Step 4: Receive the proof (BAT - Bon à Tirer)

After receiving and processing your information, you will get a **proof of your card via email** (preview before printing).

* First name, last name  
* Logo or visual  

* Card design

✅ If everything is correct, approve the proof to start production.
