How to install my VKARD email signature?
If you are not an administrator, make sure you have been invited by the administrator to join the VKARD Dashboard. You should be able to log in to the Dashboard and see your profile.
If this is not the case, please contact your administrator.
🧭 Step 1 — Retrieve my signature from VKARD

- Log in to your VKARD Dashboard.
- Go to your profile.
- Click on the pencil icon to edit your profile.
- Navigate to the Signature section.
- Click on Copy signature.

💡 The signature is copied to your clipboard with all VKARD links and design included. You just need to paste it into your email client settings.
⚙️ Step 2 — Install my signature in my email client: Outlook example
- Open Outlook.
- Click on File in the main menu.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Click on Signatures.
You will arrive at the Outlook signature management interface.

- Click on Add a signature.
- Give your signature a name (e.g., VKARD Signature).
- In the text field:
- Paste the signature copied from VKARD.
- Set this signature as:
- Default for new messages
- Default for replies and forwards (optional)
- Click on Save to confirm.

✅ Step 3 — Final check
Before sending your emails:
- Open a new message
- Make sure the signature displays correctly
- Test all links (profile, social media, etc.)
