How to Create and Launch an Email Signature Campaign

Signature campaigns are a great way to standardize your company’s image while promoting announcements, events, or important updates. With our tool, you can easily create professional signature templates and deploy them through targeted campaigns.


Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you create a signature template and launch your first campaign.



🧩 Step 1: Create a Signature Template


Before launching a campaign, you need to design a signature template that will be used by your team.


📍 Access the Signature Section


  1. Go to the Signatures tab in your dashboard.
  2. Under the Templates section, click on New Template.



🛠️ Design Your Signature


  • Name your template to easily identify it (e.g., Sales Team Signature).
  • Use the built-in editor to design the signature:
  • Text: name, title, role, etc.
  • Image: company logo, profile photo, etc.
  • Links: website, social media, booking page, etc.


💡 Tip: Keep it clean, professional, and responsive for maximum compatibility across email clients.


✅ Save the Template


Once your signature is ready, click Save to store and reuse it for future campaigns.



🎯 Step 2: Create a Signature Campaign


A campaign allows you to assign a signature template to a specific period, team, or purpose (e.g., product launch, event, internal communication, etc.).


➕ Create a New Campaign


  1. Go to the Campaigns section.
  2. Click on + New Campaign.


📝 Configure the Campaign


  • Campaign Name: for example, July Product Launch
  • Description: add a few lines to describe the purpose of the campaign
  • Active Period: define the period during which the signature will be automatically applied
  • Priority Order: if multiple campaigns target the same user, only the one with the highest priority will be applied



📢 Add Promotional Elements (Optional)


  • Promotional Banner: you can add an image that will appear under the signature (e.g., promotion, event, clickable link)
  • This step is optional but highly recommended for marketing campaigns.


🔗 Attach a Signature Template


  • Select the signature template you previously created to link it to this campaign.


🚀 Activate the Campaign


  • Click on the status button to change the campaign from Inactive to Active
  • Once activated, it will be automatically deployed to targeted users during the specified period

  • You can create as many templates and campaigns as needed
  • Always test your signatures before launching a large-scale campaign
  • You can schedule campaigns in advance and let them activate automatically on specific dates
