How does customization work after purchase ?

📦 After Your Order


Once your online order is completed, you will automatically receive an email containing all the necessary instructions to finalize the customization of your VKARD.


👉 Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.


🎨 Sending Your Graphic Elements


To personalize your VKARD, here are the required file formats depending on your card color:


  • Black VKARD: logo in vector format (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG)
  • White VKARD (default): logo in high-resolution .JPG or .PNG


⚠️ Important: VKARDs with a black background do not support background color customization. If you’d like to personalize the background of your card, we recommend choosing a white background model, which offers more flexibility for customization.

These files ensure a quality finish during printing or engraving (especially for metal models).


🖌️ Validation Step: The Proof (BAT)


Once we receive your files, our team will handle the layout. You will receive a Proof (Bon à Tirer - BAT) as soon as possible.


You must approve this proof before production begins.


🏭 Production and Shipping


After your BAT is approved, production starts within 72 hours (3 business days).


Shipping times:

  • Production: 3 to 4 business days after approval
  • Delivery: usually within 48 business hours in mainland France


🖥️ Access and Editing via the Dashboard


Once your order is shipped, you will also receive your access credentials to the VKARD Dashboard. This platform allows you to manage and modify your information at any time.


🔐 Forgot Your Password?


If you don’t remember your password:

  1. Click on "Forgot password" on the login page.
  2. Enter the email address you used to create your admin account.


Important: If you don’t receive the reset email, it likely means the address entered is incorrect. For security reasons, no message will confirm whether an address is valid or not.
