# How does customization work after purchase ?

## 📦 After Your Order

Once your online order is completed, you will automatically receive an email containing all the necessary instructions to finalize the customization of your VKARD.

## 🎨 Sending Your Graphic Elements

To personalize your VKARD, here are the required file formats depending on your card color:

* **Black VKARD**: logo in **vector format** (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG)  
* **White VKARD (default)**: logo in **high-resolution .JPG or .PNG**

||| ⚠️ Important: VKARDs with a black background do not support background color customization. If you’d like to personalize the background of your card, we recommend choosing a white background model, which offers more flexibility for customization.

These files ensure a quality finish during printing or engraving (especially for metal models).

## 🖌️ Validation Step: The Proof (BAT)

Once we receive your files, our team will handle the layout. You will receive a **Proof (Bon à Tirer - BAT)** as soon as possible.

||| You must approve this proof before production begins.

## 🏭 Production and Shipping

After your BAT is approved, production starts within **72 hours (3 business days)**.

**Shipping times:**  
* **Production:** 3 to 4 business days after approval  
* **Delivery:** usually within 48 business hours in mainland France

## 🖥️ Access and Editing via the Dashboard

Once your order is shipped, you will also receive your **access credentials to the VKARD Dashboard**. This platform allows you to manage and modify your information at any time.

## 🔐 Forgot Your Password?

If you don’t remember your password:  
1. Click on **"Forgot password"** on the login page.  
2. Enter the email address you used to create your admin account.

||| Important: If you don’t receive the reset email, it likely means the address entered is incorrect. For security reasons, no message will confirm whether an address is valid or not.
