Change or cancel your VKARD Pro plan subscription

You want to update your VKARD Pro or Enterprise subscription, change your plan, or cancel it?



🔑 Access your subscription management


  1. Log in to your account on the Dashboard
  2. In the blue menu, at the bottom left, click on your email
  3. Then select the "Organization Settings" option.
  4. Then click on "My Plan"


You will access the subscription management page, which summarizes the main information related to your account.


📋 Check your subscription details


On this page, you can view:

  • Your current plan (for example: Free, Pro, Enterprise, etc.)
  • The number of active users and the total number of licenses/profiles available in the subscription




💡 Note: In case of cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the already paid period. You can reactivate or adjust your subscription at any time from your VKARD account.
