# 100% digital: the wallet

Adding your VKARD to your digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) is a great way to quickly access your profile, **even when you don’t have your physical VKARD on hand**. It’s simple, fast, and requires **no additional apps**.

## 📲 Why use the Wallet?

* Instant access to your profile with a single tap
* Integrated QR Code, ready to be scanned
* Can work **offline**

||| Note, the Wallet features VKARD colors and the VKARD logo. If needed, prefer the shortcut or the widget (see the section at the bottom of the article). To learn more, [click here](https://help.vkard.io/fr/article/comment-utiliser-sa-vkard-en-version-digitale-1q8mca6/).

## 🛠️ How to add your VKARD to the Wallet?

### Step 1: Access your profile

#### Case 1: You have a physical VKARD

If you already have a VKARD card, simply **scan the card with your phone**. This will automatically open your **digital profile** in the browser.

#### Case 2: You don’t have a VKARD

1 - Go to your Dashboard **on your smartphone** ([dashboard.vkard.io](http://dashboard.vkard.io)) and log in with your email and password.

2 - Find your profile in the list and click the eye icon on the right

3 - Click “open profile.” This will open your profile page in your web browser.

### Step 2: Install the Wallet

##### Online Wallet

Once on your VKARD profile:
1. Click the **menu icon** (top right of the screen)
2. Select **“Add to Apple Wallet”** or **“Add to Google Wallet”** depending on your device

##### Offline Wallet

You can also add an offline QR code to your Wallet. It can be used even in places without network coverage (like trade shows with saturated networks).

Once on your VKARD profile:
1. Click the **menu icon** (top right of the screen)
2. Select “Offline Sharing”

✅ Advantages:
* Works even in places without network
* Creates a contact card directly (quick save)
❌ Disadvantages:
* Does not update automatically
* Does not go through the VKARD profile, so prospects cannot use the exchange function

## ❗ Don’t see the Wallet option?

In some cases, **the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet icon may not appear**.
This issue is often related to company-managed devices (professional devices managed by IT departments).

||| 👉 Our advice: if this happens, contact your IT team to unlock or activate this feature.

## 📤 What are other ways to share your VKARD digitally?

#### Option 1: Widget
On iOS (iPhone), the widget is also available. Note that it requires a Dashboard account and the VKARD app installed.
